A Private Event Venue in Brantford

Club Manager Sabrina Van Leeuwen plans the room, the menu, and the run of the evening with you, from the first email to the final toast. What are the booking terms?

A deposit equal to the room fee holds the date and is not returned if the event is cancelled inside fourteen days. All food and drink comes through the Club, with one exception: a celebration cake or cookies may be brought in, with a plating fee. The bar runs as a cash bar, a host bar, or a mix of the two; decorations stand on their own; an overtime fee applies past the booked hours; audio-visual is $50 and Wi-Fi is free.

How many guests can The Brantford Club hold?

From five to eighty. Up to 80 standing in the pub and members’ lounge, or 60 seated in the main floor dining room or the large boardroom, with private rooms for a table of five, eight, twelve, or sixteen below that.
